TruAct Solutions is incorporated as an independent FinTech company by AJMS Global, a leading consulting solutions provider in the area of Tax, Risk, Compliance, IFRS advisory and Digital Transformation Advisory along with Beyontec, a global cloud-based insurance technology and platform solutions provider, with an objective to provide financial confidence to our customers.

TruAct Solutions are fully geared to cater to the regulatory and compliance needs of Financial Service institutions and also for those which have multiple entities in their group. Our solutions’ distinctiveness lies in its ability to strategise the vision of the future, provide flexibility and scale and deliver compliance process efficiency.

Leadership

  • Mr. Abhishek is a serial entrepreneur who is passionate about fintech and have been advising various fintech firms globally. His expertise are in the areas of REGTECH, strategy, AML, CDD/EDD, KYC remediation, compliance, risk management, ICAAP & stress testing, corporate governance etc. He is the founding partner of KYC DIGI a tech start-up focused on digitalization of customer life cycle management.
  • Gaurav is a Director with AJMS's Governance Risk and Compliance department. He has extensive international professional experience of over 15 years in Assurance, Consultancy, VAT Compliance, Banking and Operations, spread across institutions in the Gulf
  • Vivek is a serial entrepreneur and a founding member at Beyontec Group with over 25 years of experience. He has held multiple roles in business development, operations management, sales and marketing, and general management in the past. Vivek is a full-time operating partner and heads the global strategy business development practice at Beyontec.
